• 1. Do you provide on-site installation services?

  (1). Only large-scale projects provide installation services.
  (2). For general projects, we can provide installation guidance services according to customer requirements.

• 2. What is your delivery time?

  Sales personnel will confirm the time accordingly, and large orders should be communicated with the order management department in advance. Usually, the delivery time is 30 days after receiving the deposit. The delivery time for large orders should be arranged separately.

• 3. How to control the quality of the product?

  A. Quality of design: Consider potential issues in advance and provide high-quality design solutions.
  B. Quality of raw materials: Select qualified raw materials.
  C. Production quality: precision manufacturing technology, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.

• 4. How to deal with quality issues?

  During the warranty period, Teran will be responsible for all quality issues arising from production.

• 5. What if your product has a clear lifespan? If so, how long?

  A. Under normal climate and environment, the service life of container houses is 20 to 30 years.
  B. Under normal climate and environment, the service life of light steel keel structure houses is 50 years.
  C. Under normal climate and environment, the service life of modular houses is 15 to 20 years.
  

• 6. What designs do you have in different climates (how do products adapt to different climates)?

  Strong wind areas: Improve the wind resistance of internal structures.
  Cold zone: Increase the thickness of the wall or use good insulation materials to improve the pressure resistance of the structure.
  High corrosion area: Use corrosion-resistant materials or anti-corrosion coatings.

Regarding standard containers and container retrofitting

• 1. What is the mode of transportation? How many units can be loaded in one container?

  A 40 foot high container can hold 2 sets of 20 foot or 1 set of 40 foot container renovation houses
  Standard containers are directly modified using sea freight containers, with a ratio of 1:1

• 2. Have the power and water systems been assembled in the factory? Is the wire inside the wall panel?

  Yes, both the power supply and water system are assembled in the factory. You only need to connect the water supply locally, and the connector is located at the back of the house. All the wires are hidden inside the wall.

• 3. Which color of wall panel can be chosen? I want a house in a different color.

  Usually, wall panels are available in white, gray, and wood grain. If you want other colors, we can also paint them in small quantities, or if the quantity is large, we will have some colors for you to choose from.

• 4. What is the ceiling height of this house? Can the height of the ceiling reach 2.5 meters?

  The ceiling height of the house is 2.28m. If you want to increase the height to 2.4 or 2.8m, we will need a 40 ft container for transportation and shipping.

• 5. Other companies offered me a better price. Can you offer the same price?

  When unloading the house, a crane and forklift are required, and 4 people can complete the work in 2 hours.

Regarding the folding room

• 1. Can this type of house only be used for residential construction?

  Of course not. It can be used in various types of buildings, such as hotels, offices, schools, entertainment clubs, light industrial plants, workshops, etc.

• 2. What is the mode of transportation? How many units can be loaded in one container?

  ① (A 40 foot high cabinat can hold ten sets of Y-type folding house).
  ② (A 40 foot high cabinet can hold eight sets of Z-type folding house).
  ③ (A 40 foot high cabinet can holdi twelve sets of detachable jouse or gix sets flat pack house).

• 3. Does installation require professional personnel? How long does it take to build?

  Our folding house design facilitates quick and easy installation. Generally, 2-3 workers working with a crane can complete the construction in about 2 hours. No need for complex construction or foundation treatment.

• 4. What is the delivery time? How to ensure quality?

  The delivery time for regular standard orders is within 25 working days. All houses undergo strict inspection and testing before shipment. We will provide photos and videos of each unit to ensure they meet your expectations.

• 5. What is the service life of a folding house? Is it resistant to wind and earthquake?

  Our house adopts thickened galvanized steel frame and environmentally friendly insulation board. Under normal usage, the expected service life is 15-25 years. Its design can withstand winds of magnitude 9 and earthquakes of magnitude 7.

• 6. How to obtain project quotation?

  If you have drawings, we can provide you with a quotation based on the drawings. If you don't have a design plan, our engineers will design some drawings for your confirmation before providing you with a quotation.
